7 months

My sweet girl is SEVEN months old today!
Why does that seem so much older than six months?

Emma-girl,
You are too precious & just get to be more & more fun. Each day I think it can't get any better, but you just surprise me the next day with MORE joy! We love you so much!!

*You are wearing size 6-9/6-12 month clothes.
*You can wear size 2 or 3 diapers. We are trying to use up all the size 2's I bought because they are starting to get pretty snug!
*You have some serious rolls & are our little chunk! We love it. You are still petite, but are a chuck too.
*Your feet are still tiny! It's nice that you can just go barefoot now, so we are not having to constantly put on the sock or shoe that just feel off!
*You are sleeping 8-10 hours at night. More often than not now, you don't wake up at all! Good job, baby girl!
*You normally take 3 naps a day. These past few weeks they have been pretty unpredictable as to how long they will be. We may need to go down to two naps a day soon.
*You are an expert sitter these days, and hardly ever topple over. You are even trying to figure out how to sit up on your own. It won't be long and you will have it figured out.
*You are pulling your knees up under you pretty good, and if you can just figure out how to make it all work together, you will be crawling.
*You still love bath time, especially now that you can sit up & play with your bath toys.
*New foods you have tried this month are: peaches, pears, bananas, and a few little Gerber snacks {you are not so sure about those yet!}.
*You LOVE books. If I set several toys out in front of you, usually the book is the toy of choice! That makes this teacher-mommy very happy! :)
*You love being outside. Now that we have more pretty days, you are getting to do that more. You love to look around & take it all in!
*You got your first runny nose this month. We are pretty sure it is allergies, but possibly just a little cold. You have been so sweet about it & don't throw a fit or cry when we wipe it or use the boogies sucker. {That's what we call the nasal aspirator!}
