Hudson's 3rd Birthday
We had the BEST time celebrating Hudson's 3rd birthday!
We decided on a Bike themed party...since this boy is all about anything with wheels & rides his bike around the house ALL. THE. TIME.
{I guess that's one bonus of not loving the floors in your house...it allows for me not to worry about the kids riding their bikes & riding toys inside. ;)}
Anyone out there with bike loving little boys or girls...this was the most fun party!
We had it in the parking lot of our church where there was plenty of space to ride around. We marked off a race track, had a "car wash" station, and a decoration station & the kids were completely entertained the whole time. It was a blast!
You can check out more details & info on the party here!

Easter 2016
Well, this Easter has been one for the books.
On Thursday, David was diagnoised with the flu.
None of us had our flu shots this year {lesson learned!}, so we all went on tamiflu to hopefully prevent it.
Saturday, Hudson started having tummy troubles-I think due to the meds.
Sunday the Easter bunny visited! The kids had a blast hunting eggs.
Shortly after, Hudson started throwing up. David has been absolutely miserable this whole time.
Today {Monday} I took the boys to the doctor again-David's has now gone into pneumonia & they think Hudson has a tummy bug. They are both miserable & pitiful.
Not at all how we planned on spending our Easter weekend, but above all I am just thankful for doctors, medicines, and most of all that our Lord was risen from the dead for us all!

Emma's Kinder Field Trip
I was so excited to be able to join Emma on her first field trip!
I think she might have been most excited to ride on the bus,
but the Children's Museum was also a bonus. ;)
Spring Break in Abilene
Hudson got to to to Abilene a few days before Emma & I went to join it.
It was his first solo visit to Bud & Honey's house. I think it's safe to say that all had a wonderful time!
While brother was away, we tried to make the most of our time!
Emma & I drove to down on Friday after school. It was fun to have some solo time with her & we were both excited to get there & enjoy some fun all together. We hated David couldn't join us-but he was having a really busy week at work, so it worked out for the best for everyone.
We made the most of our girl time & made a little pit-stop at Magnolia Market! So much fun!!
The best we could get on a crazy windy day!
Putt-Putt for the fun of it!
Roller Skating
It was the kids first time! Emma caught on right away, and by the end of it-Hudson was loving it as well!
