Our last full day in Honduras we had the morning free around the ranch, and some of us were able to enjoy a horseback ride up to the Mission Lazarus coffee plantation. It was definitely not the typically trail ride.
My horses name was Loca. And let's just say she lived up to her name.
It was such a fun ride, and made me wish I could it more often.
