Emma Grace-
You are such a big girl these days! Your daddy & I are constantly talking about how this is such a fun stage with you, not to mention how cute, sweet & adorable you are! You are such a sweet baby, who is rarely fussy or unhappy! We love how you are so laid back, go with the flow & loving! You are constantly giving us hugs and kisses...it's too sweet! You are our little wiggle worm & busy body-I think the only time you are still is when you are sleeping! This has been a big month for you, with lots of new firsts! We love MORE & MORE each day baby girl!
Here are some of our big milestones this month:
You got your first tooth on June 28th. {Bottom left} We are pretty sure you are working on #2, bottom right.
You stared crawling...well, let's say you can get to where you want to go. It's more of an army crawl/inchworm/arm scoot hybrid. We don't really know what to call it, but you are good at it! :) You are up on your hands and knees rocking a lot, so we are thinking maybe a true crawl is on it's way!
You have started sitting up for a laying position. You don't do it all the time, but we know you can now! :)
You LOVE to play peek a boo! You put your hands over your eyes, or at least over one eye, wait for us to call your name a few times & the take them down. You are pretty sure that if you are not looking at us, then we can't see you. You will play it over & over again...so cute!
You also love to play with your baby doll. It's so sweet to watch you give her big slobbery kisses!
Reading books is still one of your all-time favorite things to do.
You will sometimes wave bye-bye. You can do it, just aren't always in the mood I guess.
You are getting pretty good at rolling a ball back & forth with us.
You love to growl & scream. We like it, except you go for the loud defiant scream...we are not so much a fan of that one. ;)
You eat lots of table foods! The days of basing our orders at restaurants on something you can eat have started! You really haven't tried anything yet that you don't like. You are such a sweet eater, and food will pretty much make you happy any time of day!
You are taking two naps a day, nursing 4-5 times a day & eating table or baby foods at breakfast, lunch & dinner.
You wear size 3 diapers, and mostly 12 month clothes.
We love you so very much Emma-girl & are so incredibly thankful for you!

Oh baby girl, we love you too! It is so fun to hear of your firsts and to see how much fun your mommy and daddy are having with you! You are well loved and we count the days till we see you again! Love you sweet little one!
What a sweet post this is, Ashley! I am so proud and thankful to God, for all of Emma's progress. I love that you call her Emma-girl. It is adorable. You can see all sorts of facets of her precious little personality in the sweet pictures. Happy 10 monts, I can't believe she'll be ONE soon. ;)

oh my goodness! This baby!!! I'm so thankful I got to see her recently-- IF ONLY the tooth had shown up then!! I'm sure she is so cute w/that little bottom tooth! I just got Emmett one of those books you had @ my mom's :) We'll think of Emma every time he chews on it :)
