A year in review

2009

I remembered earlier today that last year I did a post looking back on the year. It is so fun to remember all we did & realized how blessed we have been, once again!
It's crazy to think that this time last year, we were just hoping that maybe we might have a baby or get pregnant sometime in 09. Now we have an almost 4 month old! God is good!
Here's a review of the past year.

January
We found out we were having a baby!!

February
Told our friends & family that we were expecting. I will always treasure the memories of all the sweet reactions!
Berkley had puppies...they were cute, but a pain!

March
My baby belly started growing & made me really tired!

Finished my 4th year of teaching & moved out of my classroom to be a stay at home mom!

David & I went on a vacation to Colorado.

My best friend, Jenny had her sweet baby boy Jude!

Worked on getting Emma's nursery ready.

Had some really cute maternity pictures taken.

Celebrated my grandparents 60th Anniversary & my granddad's 80th birthday.

August

This month was all thing baby!
I finished the nursery.

My sweet friends at church threw me a great baby shower.
September

HAD A BABY!!!
Emma Grace arrived on September 10th.

October

Celebrated my 27th birthday.
Celebrated our 3rd Anniversary.
Took Emma to both of our homes to meet lots of family & friends!
Celebrated our first Halloween with a baby! Emma was a Snowflake! :)

November

Enjoyed all the fun of having a two month old.
Had newborn & family pictures taken.

Sadly, David's grandmother passed away the week before Thanksgiving. So we went for the funeral & Thanksgiving with his family.
December

All things Christmas...we enjoyed all the festivities & fun...it was all so special taking in Emma's first Christmas.
And a WHITE Christmas at that!



Here's to a great 2010. I don't know how it could get much better than the year we just had. We are excited to see what the Lord has in store for us & pray He has great things planned for YOU as well!
